The terms of use outlined on this document indicate the terms and conditions under which you may have your website hosted on our network. Some of these terms are the result of government regulations which must be enforced at all times.

Orders and Payments

2CO.com is our authorised payment processing provider and is managing all aspects of payment related issues. If there is a problem with a payment, you will be notified by email.

Account Usage

Customers are not allowed to upload or transmit any illegal content using our network under the laws of the European Union and the United Kingdom. Additionally, customer websites must not engage into any form of unsolicited advertising, by email or through the site.

Scipts and applications used by the customer which use too many server resources (CPU power and memory usage) will result in a necessary upgrade. No shell command executing script is allowed on our servers.

Also, customer websites for which many complaints have been raised to our customer support team will be investigated and may be taken offline if they engage in unethical activities. While we do want to preserve democracy and freedom of information, certain issues might be contradicting the ethics of our company.

We deserve the right to deny service to any website we deem contradicting these terms and conditions.

Service Outage

Generally speaking, our network has been thoroughly tested for reliability and stability. Additional tests are performed at regular intervals, while all servers are monitored in the data centre by qualified engineers around the clock.

From time to time the service may be interrupted due to a hardware failure, a connectivity issue or some other factor which may be outside our control. EUDomainHosting.com can not be held liable for any damage or loss of business during those outages. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we are always looking to compensate customers who have suffered a loss as a result of a problem on the server.

Acceptance and Future Updates

By signing up for our services you are automatically bound by these terms of use. Any violations will likely result in termination of service and no refund will be provided for the remaining of the billing cycle.

From time to time we may make changes on this document. We will not be notifying the customers about minor changes, but when a major one happens, an email notification will be sent to all customers.
